Processing Time
It normally takes 1-5 business days to manufacture and process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Transit Times
Shipment can take from 3 to 14 business days to reach destination countries, depending on global location. Tracking is always provided, and this will accurately predict your transit time.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Mooving Merch, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn/unused, and in its original packaging, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
